Indonesian green & roasted coffee · for Europe

Arabica from the Gayo highlands. Robusta from Lampung. We source green coffee across the archipelago, roast it for European buyers, and develop signature profiles that become part of a brand's identity.

Business model · three layers

Sourcing creates access.
Roasting creates value.

Each layer feeds the next. Green bean volume funds the origin relationships; roasting turns those origins into products; signature development turns products into identities a customer keeps buying.

01

Green bean

The foundation. Arabica and Robusta from qualified farms, cooperatives and supply partners, supplied B2B to importers, roasters, distributors and FMCG buyers.

Origin + Volume + Reliability
02

Roasted coffee

The value engine. Blend composition, roast profile and sensory character designed for a specific market, application and consumer.

Taste + Consistency + Customisation
03

Signature coffee

The differentiation. A repeatable taste profile developed for one brand, café, FMCG line or corporate client, then scaled into production.

Brand identity + Innovation + Loyalty

  1. 01

    Farm / producer

Cherries picked in the Gayo highlands of Aceh, above 1,200 m. Each plot is recorded with geolocation for traceability.

  2. 02

    Processing

Washed, natural, honey or wet-hulled (giling basah), the Sumatran method that gives Indonesian coffee its heavy body.

  3. 03

    Quality control

Moisture, defect count, screen size and lot consistency checked. Sample roast and cupping before any commercial decision.

  4. 04

    Warehouse

Lots bagged in 60 kg jute with hermetic liners and held in Medan, with documents filed by source and shipment.

  5. 05

    Export

Containers leave Belawan with origin and export documents, plus the plot geolocation data the EU importer needs for its EUDR due-diligence statement.

  6. 06

    Ocean freight

Malacca Strait, Indian Ocean, Red Sea, Suez Canal, Mediterranean, Gibraltar. The shortest route, used when Red Sea conditions allow.

  7. 07

    EU import → customer

Cleared in Rotterdam, warehoused, then delivered to roasters, distributors and our own roasting for signature products.

Quality control

Quality starts at origin

  • GREENMoisture, defects, physical quality and lot consistency on every lot.
  • SAMPLESample roasting and sensory evaluation before commercial decisions.
  • ROASTRoast development and finished-product QC.
  • SPECDocumented specifications keep shipment-to-shipment consistency.

European market readiness

Built for EU buyers

  • EUDRDeforestation-regulation readiness and traceability treated as core supply-chain requirements. The EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small ones.
  • DOCSOrigin and export documentation maintained by source and by shipment.
  • CERTOrganic, Fairtrade and other certifications pursued where commercially relevant and available from qualified sources.

No certification claim is made unless supported by valid documentation.

Simulation · roast lab

Roasting is design

Roasted coffee is more than roasted green beans. Drag through a roast and watch the bean move from green to yellow, through first crack, into the profile a customer will recognise.

Simulation · signature coffee

Every brand deserves its own coffee

The system is modular: origins × processes × blends × roast profiles. Pick a client, then adjust the blend and see the cup shift.

Scale strategy · roadmap

Four phases

  1. 2026Phase 1 · Foundation

Secure sources, establish QC and the compliance framework, validate European demand.

  2. 2027Phase 2 · Commercial

Expand green bean B2B supply and launch roasted products.

  3. 2028Phase 3 · Product scale

Grow signature blends, private label and HoReCa, with stronger European distribution.

  4. 2029+Phase 4 · EU platform

Deeper origin partnerships, long-term strategic accounts and wider European expansion.

Timing is finalised against capital, customer commitments and operational readiness.
